TC Remedial was founded by Terrance Carroll with the aim of providing a quality, affordable and reliable range of construction and building services across the northern region of Sydney. This includes both the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas, however TC Remedial also services wider Sydney as well.
TC Remedial can work on small residential jobs like waterproofing, whilst also having the capacity to service larger commercial/industrial projects and provide a reliable residential, commercial and industrial maintenance service.

TC Remedial use a range of concrete repair and repair mortars in the process of fixing hardened concrete surfaces that over time have lost the ability to hold the binding concrete materials together due to damage or environmental exposure. Concrete repairs services include concrete spalling, crack repairs/crack injections and render repairs. We are involved in concrete from the early stage process of grinding, through to concrete production, placement and finishing. Therefore, we understand concrete in its deterioration faze and all factors that contribute to that deterioration.
At TC Remedial our team of trained and qualified professionals have years of experience in magnesite flooring removal. We use a high range of safety equipment, mechanical/manual tools and exhaust systems to minimise and control dust to get the best results when removing the magnesite flooring. We are confident in our ability to remove magnesite in a safe and timely manner to the highest standards.
